should have been a 25 minute run but decided to save my legs for tomorrow so instead, 5 minute walk, 5 minute run, 10 minute hill climb repeat again. Apparently the hill climbs are good calorie burners so exactly what I needed.

Really didn’t feel like this today but forced myself off to the gym - first run of the week.
This weeks podcast was 5 minute walk followed by 25v minutes straight running - which freaked me out a little at the though.
Took a one minute interval walk at nine minutes into the run, but didn’t really need it. Told myself I could have another interval after the next five minutes, but then kept tricking myself by telling myself, just another 100 metres then you can walk, just another 100 metres, then you can walk. By this time I was five minutes from the end so told myself I was too close too the end to stop for an interval so had to keep going and made it right through to the end.
what does this tell me? My body can do it, I just need to convince my brain that I can do it as well.
