I’m a woman from Stoke Newington London United Kingdom, born in 1971.
After much persuasion, my good friend Karl McCracken - aka Hobbes - has finally persuaded me to join the Sweat365 community. Over the last few years, the weight has crept up on me and kept on creeping, so my goals are to actually get fit this year and lose some of those excess pounds
I hate the gym, so my two main forms of exercise which I do once a week are: - pole dancing (purely for exercise) and static trapeze. Because of this I’m pysically strong but aerobically weak, so the aim is to supplement these with more aerobic forms of exercise whilst still having fun with what I do.
I hope that my blog will help me to kick my butt into gear and keep me motivated to do this (thanks Karl!!!).

Hello! Could you tell me where you are doing your static trapeze in London? I have been doing it in Oval at the Synergy Centre, however it is closing this week and moving all the way out to Woolwich. And that’s a long way from Clapham!!! Your help would be really appreciated.
